Connect the Booster to the Origin EMS Suit

  1. First connect the shorts to the Booster. To do so, attach the shorts connector to the six magnetic buttons on the back of the Booster.
  2. Now connect the Booster to the shirt. Attach the Booster to the Baseplate on the left side of the shirt. Make sure that all the buttons on the Booster are connected to the Baseplate. This is the only way to ensure that impulses are transmitted.
  3. Switch on the Booster by holding down the plus button for a few seconds.

Personal trainer Christoph performs a kickboxing move in the mobile EMS suit by Antelope. He looks at a boxing ball with a smile. A living room can be glimpsed in the background.

Your first EMS workout

Once you have connected the Origin EMS suit to the app, you are ready to go.

We recommend that you start by setting the electrodes to an intensity of 10% and slowly work your way up. You will probably feel a slight tingling sensation as the electrodes work. As soon as you start to sweat, the intensity will increase as the electrodes have more contact to the skin. Let's go!

Warning and safety instructions

Antelope products are designed to stimulate healthy muscles to improve or support muscle performance. They are to be used by adults only. Depending on the parameters of the electrical impulses (pulse rate, contraction time, rest time, duration of use), the muscles are worked differently. Only use Antelope products when your body is fully regenerated. Follow our training instructions and train regularly even without the Antelope products.

If you feel unwell or experience any discomfort during the workout, stop training immediately and contact your GP or the emergency services if necessary. If dizziness, heart problems or severe pain occur after training, a doctor should be consulted.

Training despite the presence of a contraindication and / or non-compliance with the training conditions can lead to considerable health problems, which in rare cases can even lead to death. This can be caused, among other things, by severe overtraining and failure to take the necessary rest breaks. Possible side effects include partial loss of strength, delayed muscle soreness and a significant increase in muscle protein levels in the blood, such as creatine kinase. In individual cases of overdose, creatine kinase can damage the kidneys or other organs and lead to their failure. There is an increased risk of muscle damage, especially after intensive training sessions with Antelope products. However, if you follow our training instructions exactly, none of these problems should occur.

Some users may experience skin irritation or hypersensitivity due to electrical stimulation or the electrodes. The following points may indicate severe damage to the muscle tissue (rhabdomyolysis). If any of these symptoms occur, please contact a doctor:

  • Brown urine
  • Myalgia (severe muscle pain)
  • Extreme swelling of the muscle
