1. Shipping

1.1 Shipping Information

Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by Colissimo, DPD, UPS, DHL, Post CH, B-Post, Post NL, Inpost & others or by a forwarding agent. The shipping costs are listed in the table below.

If you require delivery to another country, please send us an e-mail before ordering and let us know the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the corresponding country and zip code. We will then let you know promptly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

The availability of delivery countries may be temporarily restricted.

We do not offer deliveries to special economic zones & overseas territories, islands & special zones. Please always contact the service department

The following shipping costs apply

    - Belgium: €5.90 per order for orders under €99. Free shipping from €99 order value.
    - Germany: €4.90 per order for orders under €49. Free shipping from €49 order value.
    - France: €5.90 per order for orders under €99. Free shipping from €99 order value.
    - Italy: €5.90 per order for orders under €99. Free shipping from €99 order value.
    - Netherlands: €5.90 per order for orders under €99. Free shipping from €99 order value.
    - Poland: €5.90 per order for orders under €99. Free shipping from €99 order value.
    - Austria: €5.90 per order for orders under €99. Free shipping from €99 order value.
    - Spain: €5.90 per order for orders under €99. Free shipping from €99 order value.
    - Switzerland: €13.90 per order for orders under €99. Free shipping from €99 order value.
    - Ireland: €5.90 per order for orders under €99. Free shipping from €99 order value.

 

1.4 Shipping & delivery times

Unless otherwise stated, delivery times are 2 to 5 working days for deliveries within Germany. Delivery times are extended by 1 - 3 working days to all other countries. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

1.5 Shipment tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the shipping service provider's tracking system.

We offer the following payment methods for deliveries, unless otherwise stated in the description of the respective product:
