Choose your thank-you gift, request your code and share your Antelope experience.

1. Organiser and scope
1.1 These terms and conditions of participation apply to the campaign “Recommend Antelope (Tell a friend)” (hereinafter the “Campaign”). The organiser is Beurer Europe GmbH, [address] (hereinafter the “Organiser”). The Campaign is run via the website www.antelope-shop.com .
1.2 Under the Campaign, existing registered customers (hereinafter “Referrers”) who win a new customer (hereinafter “Referred Customers”) for an order in the Antelope online shop receive a thank-you gift in the form of a product (hereinafter “Thank-you Gift”), subject to the conditions below. Referred Customers also receive a Thank-you Gift.
1.3 The “Referral Code” is the individual code that the Organiser provides to the Referrer to pass on to the Referred Customer. The “Successful Referral” is defined in clause 3.6.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Any natural person who is of legal age, has full legal capacity, is resident in a delivery country of the online shop at www.antelope-shop.com and acts in their own name and as a consumer is eligible to participate.
2.2 The following are excluded from participation: minors, persons lacking legal capacity, employees of the Organiser, as well as their relatives and persons living in the same household as them.

3. Requirements and procedure
3.1 Requirements for Referrers: The Referrer must be registered as a customer in the online shop at www.antelope-shop.com and must have purchased an “Antelope” brand product with a value of over €500 [from the Organiser] within the last three years.
3.2 Choosing a Thank-you Gift and requesting a code: The Referrer selects one of the Thank-you Gifts listed in clause 4.1 and requests their Referral Code by email from Antelope Customer Care at info@antelope.de . The email must contain at least:

• the first and last name of the Referrer,
• an order number of the qualifying purchase under clause 3.1,
• the chosen Thank-you Gift,
• the delivery address for the Referrer’s Thank-you Gift.

Names or other personal data of the Referred Customer must not be provided.
3.3 Code: After checking the requirements, Customer Care generates a personal Referral Code and sends it to the Referrer by email. The Referrer passes the code on to the Referred Customer so that the resulting purchase can be attributed to the Referrer in the event of a Successful Referral. [The code is linked to the Referrer and must not be published, for example on voucher or discount portals.]
3.4 Requirements for Referred Customers: A Referred Customer is a person who is at least 18 years old, was not yet registered as a customer in the online shop at www.antelope-shop.com before their first order and has not ordered any “Antelope” brand products from the Organiser in the last 12 months. The Referred Customer must place an order in the online shop at www.antelope-shop.com with an order value of at least €699. [The relevant value is the value of the goods including statutory VAT, after deduction of discounts and vouchers and excluding shipping costs.]
3.5 Entering the code: The Referred Customer enters the Referral Code they received in the designated text field when placing their order. Only orders placed in the online shop at www.antelope-shop.com are taken into account. [Subsequent attribution of the code is not possible.]
3.6 Successful Referral: A Successful Referral occurs when the order of the Referred Customer meets the requirements of clauses 3.4 and 3.5 and the Referred Customer has not withdrawn from or returned the order within the extended withdrawal period of 30 days [from receipt of the goods]. [If the order is only partially withdrawn and the remaining order value falls below €699, no Successful Referral occurs.] The statutory right of withdrawal of Referred Customers remains unaffected.

4. Thank-you Gift products
4.1 The following Thank-you Gifts are available: Antelope RELOAD MASSAGE GUN, Beurer Diagnostic bathroom scale BF 990 WIFI, Beurer cordless Massage Cushion MG 139 in beige.
4.2 In the event of a Successful Referral, the Referrer and the Referred Customer each receive one item of the same Thank-you Gift. The Referrer chooses the Thank-you Gift when requesting the Referral Code. [A subsequent change of the selection is not possible once the code has been sent.]
4.3 The Organiser dispatches the Thank-you Gift within 5 working days after a Successful Referral has occurred. The Referrer receives it at the address stated in their request, the Referred Customer at the delivery address of their order.
4.4 Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the Thank-you Gift to third parties is excluded. If the chosen Thank-you Gift is no longer available, the Organiser is entitled to supply a product of equivalent value.

5. Misuse
Orders in which the Referrer and the Referred Customer are the same person, [live in the same household,] or in which the Referral Code has been misused do not count as a Successful Referral. In the event of reasonable suspicion of misuse, the Organiser may exclude participants from the Campaign and reclaim Thank-you Gifts already granted.

6. Data protection
6.1 The Organiser processes the data required to run the Campaign (name, order number, delivery address, chosen Thank-you Gift, Referral Code) to check the eligibility requirements and to dispatch the Thank-you Gifts. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6.2 The Organiser does not pass on any personal data of the Referred Customer to the Referrer or vice versa. The Referral Code is used for attribution without disclosing the identity of the Referred Customer.

7. Early termination of the Campaign
The Organiser is entitled to end or change the Campaign at any time, in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons or if participants seriously breach these terms and conditions. [Successful Referrals that have already occurred remain unaffected.]

8. Governing law, final provisions
8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not withdrawn.
8.2 [Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.]
