Hey! I'm Olli, a sports science graduate and passionate fun athlete. I run two gyms in Mainz, a longboard brand (Olson&Hekmati), do a lot of online trainings & make sure that I always find time for my family, my training & skating, surfing etc. in between.

Maximum effort, minimum time! The 18-minute HIIT workout in Tabata rhythm by Olli Dehmel, founder and owner of Gonsberg Gym, will get your whole body in shape. You can expect three 4-minute rounds: 20 seconds of exertion, 10 seconds of rest - this is how you burn fat, strengthen your muscles and improve your endurance. Between rounds, short stretching and break units support your regeneration and help you to start the next round with renewed energy. In combination with our EMS programme, your training is specifically supported and intensified.
